Abstract: Proposed 219.32 Objections and Appeals would establish a new process for citizens and groups to object to a forest plan amendment or revision decision. Instead of appealing a decision after it is made under the rules of 36 CFR Part 217, the proposed rule would allow interested and affected persons and groups to file an objection before a decision is made.
