Abstract: To create a common standard for all tariff sheets filed with the Commission. The proposed rule will streamline rate schedule sheet designation procedures for the Commission and the electric industry. The proposed rule will also conform public utility tariff filing procedures with those for interstate natural gas and oil pipelines.
