for this rule. When this evaluation is complete, EPA may need to

provided that OMB approves the additional questions and the burden
estimates for the ICR are adjusted appropriately.

The 2000 Meat Products Industry
Detailed Survey is intended to collect technical and economic
information required by EPA to develop revised effluent limitations
guidelines and pretreatment standards for the Meat Products
Industry Point Source Category at 40 CFR 432. The 2000 Meat
Products Industry Screener Survey is intended to collect
characterization Information of facilities in the industry. the
sampling for the Meat Products Industry is intended to be used to
generate limitation guidelines and standards, as well as economic
impacts of technology use, at Meat Products facilities.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
