Abstract: This ICR calculates the burden and costs associated with the data requirements necessary for a permitting authority to determine whether an NPDES, sewage sludge, or new storm water permittees are in compliance with the conditions of the permit. It also calculates the burden associated with certification requirements for seven points source categories.
