collection at that time to account for changes to its engine
regulations. Before using EPA form 3520-8, EPA should revise the
form to clarify that respondents should indicate in which units and
for which pollutants they are reporting data wherever a choice is
provided. EPA should provide OMB a copy of the revised form.

The information allows determination
whether imported nonroad engines confirm with or are brought into
conformity with the Clean Air Act and regulations. Information will
be supplied by engine importers upon importation or final admission
as applic- able.
