Abstract: Respondents are owners or operators of Cellulose Products Manu- facturing operations. Respondents sould submit notifications and reports and maintain records required by the General Provisions (40 CFR Part 63, Subpart A). Recordkeeping of parameters relat- ed to air pollution control technologies is required. The re- ports and records will be used to demonstrate compliance with the applicable emission limits and/or operating limits.
