Abstract: This survey will compose part of the evaluation component for a NHTSA-funded program in the Denver Metropolitan Area to increase seat belt use among part time seat belt users. This telephone survey will determine if the public was aware of the program. It will be administered in 3 waves: at program onset (baseline), midpoint, and conclusion.
