Through the SBA 7(j) program, EEPs
have been funded at Dartmouth College, Clark Atlanta University,
Howard University and Loyola of Maryland. Howard Univ. has received
7(j) funds to conduct impact and longitudinal studies of these
EEPs. Information collected will be used to assess benefits of the
training, effectiveness of the taxpayers' dollars, and to assist
the SBA in completing GPRA reorting requirements and responding to
Congressional questions. The respondents will be 8(a) firms owners
that have attended EEPs at the 4 schools listed above, as well as
firm owners who will serve as the control group for
