Abstract: OPIC needs to gather client feedback on its products and services to develop customer service improvement objectives. The survey results will be used to determine how satisfied customers are with the quality and value of OPIC products and how OPIC can better meet their needs. They will be used to refine OPIC's FY 2002 budget submission and strategic plan.
