The study will gather information on personality characteristics, behaviors and workplace climate needs common among Information Technology specialists. The results will be used to determine the management practices most effective for working with these specialists and to develop management curricula based upon these findings for use both within government and civilian educational environments. Approximately 300 U.S. information technology companies will participate in this study.
