Abstract: The regulation at 29 CFR 2570, subpart G, describes procedures for administrative hearings to obtain a determination by the Secretary of Labor as to whether an employee welfare plan is established or maintained under or pursuant to one or more collective bargaining agreements for purposes of section 3(40) of ERISA.
