This submission is for a one-time data collection for the Evaluation of the American Indian Vocational Rehabilitation Services (AIVRS) Program. The information will be used by the Department of Education to improve the design of the program, answer questions about the program, & justify its budget. There are very limited reporting requirements for this program, so the information is needed to describe consumer characteristics, service provided, and program outcomes. Most of the information will come from project directors, but there will also be interviews with project staff, tribal representatives, advisory..
