The SRK requires institutions that participate in any program under title IV of the HEA to make available to students and prospective students the graduation rates of full-time undergraduate students; institutions that offer athletically-related student aid also must provide to prospective student-athletes and their parents, high school coaches and high school counselors the aformentioned graduation rates as well as enrollment data and the graduation rates of student athletes, by race, gender, and sport.
