Abstract: EIA's Oil and Gas Reserves System Surveys collect data used to estimated reserves of crude oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquides, and to determine the status and approximate levels of production. Data are published by EIA and used by public and private analysts. Respondents are operators of oil wells, natural gas wells, and natural gas processing plants.
