Abstract: Firms which are awarded Agency contracts will be requested to complete and return a clause entitled Business Ownership Representation. In completing this clause, awardees check one of 6 boxes to indicate the ethic ownership of their firm. EPA will use this information to identify under-representation of ethnic and/or racial groups in the receipt of Agency contracts and to indicate areas where outreach and training to the business community may be helpful in expanding the participation in EPA's competitive contracting process.
