Abstract: The Bioenergy Program (mandated by Executive Order 13134) will encourage bioenergy producers to expand agricultural markets, and CCC will make incentive cash payments to bioenergy producers who increase their purchases of agricultural commodities over previous fiscal year (FY) purchases and convert that commodity into increased bioenergy production over previous FY bioenergy production.
