Abstract: To comply with a Congressionally mandated pilot program, dairy farmers will be asked to sign a disclosure statement. The statement contains guidelines to help the farmer understand the forward contract process. The pilot project is to enable USDA to conduct a study of forward contracting to determine the impact on milk prices paid to producers in the U.S.
