Abstract: To assess quality of NIDRR funded research, a reliable, valid, and efficient instrument needs to be developed and tested. The attached form will be administered to 300 people. Responses will be analyzed for validity and reliability. If the results are satisfactory, the form will be used for future quality of research assessment.
