Terms of Clearance: This collection is not approved. OMB is interested in any comments the public may have related to the information collection aspects of the proposed rule. In addition, OMB questions whether the proposed requirement to maintain daily records of production inputs and outputs may be unduly burdensome. EPA should re-examine the practical utility and burden associated with these proposed requirements as it develops the final rule. EPA should resubmit this collection to OMB at the time of the final rule, including with the submission any comments received on the proposed rule relating to the information collection and EPA's response to those comments and to the issue identified above.
