Abstract: Initially, all owners and operators of affected vegetable oil production processes will submit a plan for demonstrating com- pliance that explains methods used to inventory extraction solvent and oilseed, and how the affected source plans to comply with NESHAP. Following these procedures, the owner or operator of an affected source will record the quantity of sol- vent loss, HAP content of the solvent, and quanity of each type of oilseed processed each month in order to calculate a compli- ance ratio.
