Abstract: This Form describes the rights and responsibilities of the SBA, a lender, the investor and the Fiscal and Transfer Agent (FTA) when the guaranty portion of an SBA 7(a) loan is sold in secondary market. The estimates for reporting and disclosure burden include the primary events controlled by this form (lender forwards payments to FTA) as well as occasional requirements (e.g., lender notifies FTA of default).
