The Head Start Family and Child Experiences Survey provides a comprehensive profile of the experiences of a representative sample of families and children during their enrollment in the Head Start program and in Kindergarten. This extension is a follow-on to the existing study to add a new cohort to begin in Fall 2000. Emergency approval has been granted for this follow-on.
