The BLM has proposed a new information
collection to evaluate the National Riparian Service Team's
Interagency Strategy for Accelerating Cooperative Riparian
Restoration and Management. In compliance with the requirements of
the Government Performance and Results Act of 1993 and Executive
Order 12862, surveys and interviews will be administered to measure
satisfaction and program effectiveness. The anticipated respondents
include Federal, state, local and tribal government employees and
members of the general public who work with or receive services
from the NRST or the extended riparian network.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
