Abstract: We expect to use the protocol developed by the proposed tests in future surveys to develop a scientifically valid series of data on these subjects. This information will support may future agency actions. It will also be used to describe the current environment in NEPA documents, monitor changes in the oil and natural gas industry for economic growth projections, support State and county/parish coastal zone management planning and for possible future research into industry effects.
