Terms of Clearance: This information collection request is approved. However, this approval only extends to the student survey portion of this information collection. The other survey instruments, including the district personnel, school personnel, teacher, coalition partners, economic data, and focus group surveys, may be approved by OMB through a change worksheet if these surveys are streamlined to OMB's satisfaction in order to considerably reduce burden. Additionally, any report on data collected for the entire information collection shall not make conclusions about the SS/HS program effectiveness. This study shall just be considered an evaluation of the program implementation.
