Abstract: The Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA), in the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitation Services (OSERS), U.S. Department of Education, has funded a comprehensive two-year evaluation of Parts B and C of the Centers for Independent Living (CIL) program.
