Abstract: RM96-1-015 (Final Rule) issued November 30, 2000 amends Part 284 of the Commission's regulations by adopting GISB (Gas Industry Standards Board) standards version 1.4. These require- ments will direct pipelines to implement these standards on May 1, 2001. The adoption of Version 1.4 of the standards up- dates and improves existing standards, particularly in the areas of communication of critical notices and multi-tiered alloca- tions.
