This Information
Collection Request is approved for three years. When EPA resubmits
the ICR for renewal, the Agency should update the wage rates and
verify that the rates have been properly loaded to include
overhead, consistent with current EPA and OMB guidelines.

Owners and operators of petroleum
refinery wastewater systems are required to keep records of design
and operating specifica- tions of all equipment installed to comply
with the standards such as water seals, roof seals, control
devices, and other equipment. This information is necessary to
ensure that equip- ment design and operation specifications are
met, and the source is in compliance with NSPS Subpart
QQQ.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
