Abstract: This annual report collects financial and organizational information from all foreign banking organizations (FBOs) that engage in banking in the United States. The Federal Reserve uses information from this report to assess an FBO's ability to be a continuing source of strength to its U.S. banking operations and to determine compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.
