Requirements Under Regulations (Other than Rules of Practice) Under
the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, 1930
(REVISION-restaurants)
Revision to include restaurants in the
licensing process, which is under the Perishable Agricultural
Commodities Act (PACA) enacted by Congress in 1930. The Act was
established a code of fair trading practices covering the marketing
of fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding
the proposed collection of information, that the certification
