The proposed collection is a one-time
only information collection that the Commission needs to undertake
in order to evaluate whether it must impose emergency remedies in
the California natural gas markets. The Commission must determine
if rates for transportation and wholesale sales of natural gas in
California are just and reasonable, and if they are not, which
remedies are appropriate. The report would be due January 16,
2001.
