Abstract: This ICR addresses reporting activities associated with making the results of source water assessments performed under EPA approved state source water assessment programs (SWAPs) available to the public, as specified under Section 1453 of the SDWA Amendments of 1996. EPA willuse the requested information, which will be complied by State governments, to verify that States are complying with the requirements of the SDWA Amendments.
