Abstract: This ICR presents paperwork burden and cost estimates associated with EPA's proposed amendment to NPDES reguations for municipal sanitary sewers and SSOs. The proposed regulations will estab- lish recordkeeping, reporting, planning and permit application requirements with paperwork burdens and costs after promulgation.
