Abstract: This information collection require (ICR) is related to a pro- posed rule that seeks to establish the procedures that would be used to provide the notification to the Agency that is currently required prior to the commencement of lead-based paint abatement activities. This proposal also seeks to establish provisions which would require accredited training programs to notify the Agency under the following conditions: (1) prior to providing lead-based paint activities training courses, and (2) following completion of lead-based paint activities training courses.
