Abstract: According to section 10.33(b) an interested person may petition the Commissioner for reconsideration of an agency action. A petition for reconsideration must be limited to the administrative record on which the Commissioner made his decision and must be filed within 30 days after the date of decision would be denied as untimely except the Commissioner may, for good cause, permit a petition to be filed after 30 days.
