The Clinical Center at NIH provides
the patient care support necessary for the conduct of clinical
research at NIH. Input from our customers is essential to our
efforts to improve patient care and clinical research services. The
information collected in these surveys will be used: (1) To
evaluate the satisfaction of customers; (2) To assist with the
modifications of services; (3) To develop new services; and (4) To
evaluate the satisfaction of customers with implemented service
