Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with ED's memo dated 2/7/01. This collection was originally submitted as a new collection instead of as a revision of a previously approved collection. ED shall make sure that collections come in to OMB under the correct OMB number, in order to avoid delays in OMB approval. In addition, ED shall make efforts to reduce the use of emergency clearances with proper advance planning.
