Commission proposes to collect data that stems from secondary
market transactions. In particular, the Commission proposes and
seeks comment on the types of reporting requirements that might be
necessary to ensure that secondary markets are open, competitive,
and effective. The Commission requests comments on the type of data
and the frequency with which they should be reported. The
information collected will be used by the FCC, state commissions,
the NANPA and the Pooling Administrator to evaluate the
effectiveness of permitting the secondary market to
reallocate...
