Terms of Clearance: This information collection request is approved consistent with ERS' memo's of 5/3 & 5/4/2001, and 5/2/2001 conference call with OMB. Further, ERS agrees to the following terms of clearance: (1) ERS will only report the results of this study based upon data from the entire sample. No conclusions will be drawn or reported from subgroup analysis due to small sample size. (2) ERS agrees that data collected from the plate waste portion of the study will be tested to determine the validity of plate waste methodology in the context of "Offer vs. Serve."
