Abstract: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council has submitted a Tilefish Fishery Management Plan. Part of the implementation of the Plan would be a requirement for reporting by dealers permitted to purchase tilefish. Such dealers would be required to report all species purchased. Reporting would be by form and by an Interactive Voice Response system.
