The Agency is reminded that it must report nonhour financial costs in question 14 of the 83-I and document these costs in question 13 of the supporting statement. The reported costs appear to be duplicative of the hour costs reporting in question 13 of the 83-I. The agency is instructed to reexamine the costs imposed on the public by this collection. The agency should also reexamine whether or how this collection affects individuals or households and the extent to which any of the collection is voluntary (as opposed to required to obtain benefits).
