suggests that the agency consider sending to respondents a card
printed with the facility's current information so that there is no
need to refer to the current charts to ensure that information is
correct (or to be included on the next chart) and allow the
respondent to mail the card back if there are no changes.
Implementation using the Internet should provide the same kind of
ability.

NOAA's National Ocean Service produces
nautical charts to ensure safe navigation. Small-craft charts are
designed for recreational boaters and include information on local
marina facilities and the services they provide (fuel, repairs,
etc.). Information is collected from marinas to update the
information provided to the public.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
