Abstract: This survey is being conducted in compliance with Executive Order No. 12862, which requires all Federal agencies to conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys. Given the rapidly changing nature of the health care industry today, it is essential that supplier of health care provider data, such as the National Health Care Survey (NHCS), evaluate from time to time, how good it is doing in addressing the emerging needs of its data users.
