Abstract: This form is used to collect campground fees at designated fee recreation sites. Affected publics are those who wish to use the facilities and there by are required to pay a fee by means of the permit envelope. The use of the form is necessary as it is not practical to have manned entrance stations to collect the fees at each campground site.
