Abstract: This application will be used to award grants to local educational agencies and State educational agencies for the purpose of strengthening, expanding and taking to scale dropout prevention demonstration projects that assist students at risk of dropping out of school to remain in school, and raise standards and expectations for these students. This collection falls under the Strealined Discretionary Grant Process (1890-0001).
