Abstract: This application will be used to award grants to local educational agencies and non-profit arts organizations for the purpose of developing, documenting and disseminating innovative, research-based models which effectively integrate arts into middle and elementary school curriculum, strengthen arts instruction and improve students' academic performance, including skills in creating, performing and responding to works of art. The collections falls under the Streamlined Discretionary Grant Process, 1890-0001.
