This ICR amends ICR OMB No. 2020-0003, which expires on 9-30-03, and is associated with EPA's overall regulations concerning the treatment of confidential business information (CBI)(40 CFR part 2, subpart B). This ICR covers additional information collection hours that are associated with a final rule that amends EPA's CBI regulations (specifically 40 CFR 2.205(c)) to eliminate the automatic protection of CBI substantiations.
