Abstract: EPA issued a final guideline for the TEC point source on August 14, 2000. This final rule included a regulatory compliance optionm which allows certain facilities to develop a Pollutant Management Plan (PMP) in lieu of meeting numeric standards. Facilities have the option to develop this plan if it would be a more beneficial compliance alternative. The PMP is only available for indirect dischargers, who have until August 14, 2003 to comply with the regulations.
