Terms of Clearance: This collection is not approved at this time as the package has been improperly submitted. The 60-day FR notice was published over three years ago and OMB was unable to find the 30-day notice in the FR. In addition, the agency has not conducted a review of this collection consistent with the 1995 Act since the last approval was prior to 10/95. Thus, the agency is instructed to resubmit this package in accordance with the 1995 Act, including a review of all costs associated with this collection. The agency must also provide greater information about progress in collecting this information electronically and other means of reducing the burden of this collection.
