Terms of Clearance: Prior to submitting this ICR to OMB for an extension in December 2003, the Bureau of Reclamation will discuss with USDA ways to minimize the burden of information collections regarding farm acreage. The Bureau will report to OMB the outcome of these discussions, and revise this ICR as appropriate.

Abstract: In accordance with provisions Title II of Public Law 97-293, and regulations 43 CFR Part 426, this information collection requires certain entity landholders and trusts to complete forms at Reclamation's discretion in order to determine the following: (1) Whether an entity landholder that is not submitting RRA forms (a) is, in fact, a limited recipient required to submit RRA forms and (b) is remitting the appropriate rate for Reclamation irrigation water deliveries; (2) Whether a trust with a relatively small landholding (40 acres or less (a) holds land that is eligible to receive Reclamation irrigation water
